Terms of Service

AIReadyScore provides AI-powered CV analysis services to help users prepare for the AI-driven job market. Our service includes:

• CV analysis and scoring
• Personalized improvement recommendations
• Industry-specific feedback
• Course recommendations for skill development
• PDF report generation

By using AIReadyScore, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and valid email addresses
• Upload only your own CV or CVs you have permission to analyze
• Use the service for legitimate career development purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI algorithms
• Not upload malicious files or attempt to harm our system
• Respect the intellectual property rights of our service

Our credit-based system works as follows:

• Credits are purchased in advance through our secure payment system
• Each CV analysis consumes 1 credit
• Credits do not expire under normal use conditions
• All payments are processed securely through Paddle (our payment processor)
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Payment confirmation required before service delivery

Refund Policy:

• Due to the instant digital nature of our AI analysis service, all sales are final once your CV analysis is successfully completed and delivered
• No refunds are provided for completed analyses
• Technical failure refunds: If our system fails to process your CV due to technical issues on our end, you may request a free re-analysis within 14 days of purchase
• To request a technical re-run, contact support@aireadyscore.app with your transaction details
• Refunds for technical failures will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Duplicate charges or billing errors will be corrected promptly upon notification
• Billing disputes can be raised within 60 days of purchase

Please note the following limitations:

• AI analysis is automated and may not catch all issues
• Recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of job success
• File size limited to 16MB per upload
• PDF, DOC, DOCX, and TXT files are accepted
• Analysis results are available via email only
• CV files are automatically deleted within 48 hours

AIReadyScore and its AI analysis technology are proprietary to the service provider. You retain ownership of your CV content, but grant us permission to analyze it for the purpose of providing our service.

AIReadyScore is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:

• Job placement or career outcomes
• Accuracy of all AI recommendations
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Third-party course content or pricing

We reserve the right to terminate access to our service for users who violate these terms. Upon termination, unused credits may be refunded at our discretion.

Course recommendations are provided to help you prepare for the AI job market based on your CV analysis. These are educational suggestions only.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
